Our fortune

We took Sarah Kate to eat at PF Chang's last weekend. After we enjoyed our yummy meal, the waiter brought us our fortune cookies. Sarah Kate's said something about making lots of friends. I opened mine and it read, "You will receive a surprising gift very soon." I smiled at the thought of a special gift coming to us soon. Every little thought like this makes me instantly think of our journey to a second child. I handed it over to Aaron. He read it and smiled ever bigger. He passed his over to me. As I read what was on that little white slip of paper...I laughed. It said, "You will receive a surprising gift very soon". What are the odds that we would have the exact same fortune cookie? As I checked the lucky numbers on the back, I noticed that mine were different than his. Then I check the English/Chinese word translation. Again, they were different. The only thing similar was the actual fortune. We smiled and I stuck them in my purse. If we get that gift "soon" (how relative could that be!?) then it will be fun to scrapbook those little slips of paper for our sweet second baby.
